I am Mansha Tanwar, 19 years of age and I am born and brought up in Delhi. I have done my schooling from New Era Public School. I'm currently pursuing a career in fashion business management. My grandfather and father conducted their business with utmost dedication, hard work and honesty and I was greatly inspired by them as a child. As a result, I chose commerce as my major in my higher education and I thoroughly enjoyed the subject. I was truly able to discover my creative abilities in 2019 during the lockdown and that helped me experiment with fashion a lot more. I soon recognized that I was doing a great job with my personal styling and expanding on social media, but I was still unsure about my career path. I then decided to take a one year drop in order to determine which course would help me utilize my complete potential. During this gap, I started a business focused on home decor and lifestyle, named DECORSY. Within 5 months, I made great progress and was able to put to use my skill and at the same time learn along with the process about the ins and outs of running a business. Soon, I developed an intense passion for learning new business tactics, and I've also always wanted to work for a respectable organization to obtain insight into how operations are run and how employees are treated at a job. In order to receive such experience, I applied for a position at ZOMATO. Being part of such a big corporation,  I was able to gain knowledge and several life skills about the do’s and dont’s and also what is required to run a business successfully. My experience at ZOMATO for 3 months also taught me how to maintain a healthy working environment while also balancing work and life. 
These experiences along with a lot of research helped me figure out the correct career path for myself which is fashion business management and I felt that IIAD would be the right choice for the same and I loved the foundation of it. Recently, life has been a rollercoaster but I'm living it with a lot of commitment to grow, learn and become independent.
